Prices and payment

All prices and shipping charges are presented in Canadian dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Lake Ontario Goods does not receive or store your full card number.

Production and Canadian shipping

Products are made to order and fulfilled by our Canadian production partner. The first shirt in an order ships for CAD $12; each additional shirt in the same order adds CAD $4. The initial launch ships only to Canadian addresses.

Production and carrier timelines can vary. Tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout when it becomes available.

Changes, returns and damaged items

Because each item is made to order, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after payment. Please confirm the design, colour, size and delivery address before completing checkout.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the order, contact us within 14 days of delivery with the order email and clear photographs. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable. We do not accept returns for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size.

Privacy

We use the information you provide to process payment, produce and deliver your order, provide support and prevent fraud. Order information is shared only with service providers required to complete those functions, including Stripe, Cloudflare and Printify.

Contact-form submissions are delivered to Lake Ontario Goods for customer support. We do not sell personal information. To ask about an order or personal information, use our contact form.
